What you will see

Hotel Australia: You will find bakery equipment, bar-ware, bedding, blenders, catering equipment, cleaning, cookware & crockery, display systems, furniture, hotel supplies & guest amenities, information technology, tableware, packaging, refrigeration and much more.

Fine Food Australia: There are dedicated feature areas in the exhibition to help find your way around, which include: Dairy World, Drinks World, Confectionery World, Natural Products and Meat & Seafood World and, new for 2009, Gluten Free World. There are also a number of national and international pavilions and gourmet food areas.

Dates and Venue

Fine Food & Hotel Australia run from Monday 7 September until Thursday 10 September 2009 at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre. This world class venue is only minutes from the city centre.

Visitor Registration and Entry

Entry is free by registering online from 1 January to 1 September 2009.
If you are not registered, the cost is $30 at the door.
Once you are registered you can attend any of the open days.

Note that entry is restricted to professional people working in the retail, foodservice or hospitality industries. People outside these categories, including children, will not be admitted.
