The Australasian food and hospitality industry is gearing up for its most important tradeshow of the year when an even bigger Fine Food & Hotel Australia returns to the Sydney's Darling Harbour in September.
In 2007, for the first time, this iconic exhibition will fill all six halls of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre while, at the nearby Wharf 8, Wine and Spirits Australia will occupy another three halls. In all, there will be 1,000+ exhibitors, including over 220 international exhibitors from 20 countries, showcasing the latest food, drink and equipment to a trade-only audience in excess of 30,000.
Food has historically been the primary focus of the Show but as the distinction between foodservice and retail has become increasingly blurred, the event has responded with increasing numbers of equipment exhibitors now showcasing their products alongside food exhibits.
"The demand to please customers and improve the bottom line has never been stronger so the opportunity to see and learn about the latest innovations in equipment and technology at the one event is not only important, it is good business sense," said Mr Timothy Collett, Exhibition Director.
There will be over 60 exhibitors showing new technology and equipment at the Show, including industry leaders such as Australian Fine China, Trenton, Tomkin, Dudson, New International Imports, Phillip Lazarus, Salgo.

These companies will be showcasing a full range of ovens, steamers, grills, mixers, tableware, flooring, refrigeration, packaging and more.
